Policies and Reminders

Check in time: Between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If you will be arriving later than 9pm, please notify us.

Please, no early check ins!

Check out time: Prior to 10:00am.

No pets are permitted and the Town does not permit boats at any beach along South Shore Drive

Linens and towels are provided, but you should bring your favorite beach towels and chairs.

Grills are provided in two centrally located barbeque areas. Due to fire regulations, barbecuing isn’t permitted at the individual units.

All units have color cable television along with basic cooking utensils and flatware.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 30 days prior to check-in receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check-in, refunds will only be made to the extent that we are able to re-rent the space. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to the 10% cancellation fee.
