Policies and Reminders
- Check
in time: Between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. If you will be arriving
later than 8:00pm, please notify us.
- Check out time: Prior to
10:00am
- Please, no early check ins or late check outs!
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older in order to rent a cottage
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided, but
you should bring your favorite beach towels and chairs
- Charcoal grills are provided in two centrally located barbeque
areas. Due to fire regulations, barbecuing isn’t
permitted at the individual units and gas grills are strictly forbidden.
- Fireplaces are available in some cottages. Due to fire regulations, only paper logs (eg. Duraflame) can be used. No wood fires are allowed in the fireplaces.
- All units have color cable television along with
basic kitchen items to cook and serve a meal.
Refund/Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations received 30
days prior to check-in receive a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total booking.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to
check-in, refunds will only be made to the extent that we
are able to re-rent the space.
- Early departures are treated
as partial cancellations.
- All refunds are subject to the 10%
cancellation fee.
