Policies and Reminders

  • Check in time: Between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If you will be arriving later than 9pm, please notify us.
  • Please, no early check ins!
  • Check out time: Prior to 10:00am
  • No pets are permitted
  • The town does not permit boats at any beach along South Shore Drive
  • Linens and towels are provided, but you should bring your favorite beach towels and chairs
  • Grills are provided in two centrally located barbeque areas. Due to fire regulations, barbecuing isn’t permitted at the individual units
  • All units have color cable television along with basic cooking utensils and flatware

Refund/Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to check-in receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check-in, refunds will only be made to the extent that we are able to re-rent the space.
  • Early departures are treated as partial cancellations.
  • All refunds are subject to the 10% cancellation fee.
