The adjustment will be made after booking, your deposit will then be taken and an email confirmation will be sent.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking total. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to check-in, refunds (less the 10% cancellation fee) will only be made if we are able to re-rent the cottage.
Early departures are treated as partial cancellations and will receive no refund.
